of the hearing the Police Magis-
trate reserved his decision and it

J. G. Stnebury, who lifis been en-
gage.1 by the. Prosecution was
notleed of the. etudgment Mr.
Walper has been convicted by the.
Magistiate en both charges and
fined an the first charge $25.00 and

Bracken, K.C., of Windsor, who
defended Walper, is reported to be,
considering an appeal. In his
judgment the Magistrate find
that the accused "was operating
the club for his own profit under

and in order to evade the By-law'
