No Life Without Insects
We couldn't get along without in-
sects. There is no disputing that
certain insects do immense damage to
our orchards, for instance, but it is
not fair to forget that we would not
have any of those orchards if it had
not been for other insects that car-
ried pollen from flower to flower,
enabling the plants to set the seed in
connection with which the fruit de-
velop.

IN MEMORIAM
In loving memory of Mrs. Samuel
McBride, Sr., who died January 30th,
1931.
Just a thought of sweet remembrance
Just a memory fond and true,
Just a token of affection,
And a heartache still fro you.
Just a sigh for the golden moments,
Just a smile of love anew,
Just a tear in silence falling,
And a yearning just for you.
By Her Sons and Daughters.
