last, Mr. John Gellman, Jr., of town,
while working in the orchard of, his
father's farm, north of town, he fell
out of an apple tree and sustained a
fracture of the right arm, near ;the
wrist. Dr. A. J. MacKinnonset the
fractured bone. Mr. Gallman, will,, be
laid off.work for some time, and just
at the most busy time of tile: year.

The death occurred at his home on

ert Lamont, aged 72 years. He lived
alone in the house recently occupied
by Lawrence Heffernan, having moo -

composed condition. Dr. Collyer was
immediately notified and after mak-
ing an examination he called Dr. P.

coroner got -in touch with the auth-
orities at Goderich who ordered an
inquest. The post mortem was perfor-
med by Dr. Collyer on Tuesday morn-
start,ng an ing. The remains were then turned

takers of Zurich, and buried in the
Bayfield cemetery Tuesday afternoon
