Overseas Apple Market According to Andrew Fulton, over- seas representative of the Ontario Fruit Growers Association, there still continues a good demand for bright - colored dessert fruit on the British market. This is attributed partly to the below -normal shipments of trans- atlantic -fruit. During the week on which the most recent report was based, Ontario apples topped alI oth- ers in price, Mclntosh's selling for $8.60. Mr. Fulton states that all attractively colored dessert apples will bring good prices on the British market at this time while the green cooking appels are more or less a drug on the market. Some progress in the shipping and handling of soft fruits is also reported, plums from the Burlington district having arriv- :d in excellent shape and drawing good prices. South Huron Plowing Match.
