John Strempfer, of Fort Morgan, Colorado, who was pastor of St: Peter'e Evangelical church, Zur- ich; from 1887 to 1894 will preacn the German sermon on Sunday morn- ing. The elder members of the ch- urch will probably still remember him, under whos-e pastorate the pres- ent parsonage was built, and will look forward to hearing their old pas- tor preach again. In the evening the service will againbe taken by the pastor, Rev. E. Turkheim. Rev. R. Whiteside Evangelist, of Toronto, accompanied by Mr. Leon- ard, Evangelistic Singer, also of that city, are conductinga two -week's campaign of services at the United church, at Bayfield, commencing on Sunday last, and thefr meetings arr held every evening- excepting Satur- day. eve. The programme put on by these two well known men is well worthy of coment, and the public are cedially invited to attend, and re- ceive of these blessings. Late Miss C.
