In 1875 she was united in marriage to Mr. M. Geiger, with whom she trod life's. pathway for over 45 years. Five sons and two drughters were given thein. It was their high privilige to rear two song for the christen ministry, Alfred E. and Roy. M. The former predeceased his mother in death by eighteen ye- ars. Roy is at present serving a large congregation of the United Church' of Canada at Preston. For 37 years they lived hapdily on the Geiger home stead, Bronson Line, Hay, and for the last 17 years resided in Zurich. Her affliction began some 11 years ago, and .became more serious four years .ago. During the last three months she was tenderly cared for at the horse of her daughter and son-in-law Mr. and Mrs. B. Blake Horner, but re- gardless of all that loving hands, tender nursing and medical aid could do to perpetuate physical life, her spirit passed peacefully away to ',ev heavenly hrnoe on Saturday, Aug- ust 31st. She was truely a wonder- ful mother, a loving companion, and a great asset to the building up of God's Kingdomin the community in which she lived. The late Mrs. Geiger is survived besides her sorrowing hus- band, by four sons and two daugh- ters: Josiah of Zurich; Roland on' the old homestead, Roy at Preston, Samuel and Mrs. B. McMurchoy at Sernans, Sask; also 10 grandchildren, and a host of near friends and relati- es.
