The funeral of the late George Thompson, who died from pneumonia on. Wednesday last in Toronto, took place.' from. the Undertaking Parlors of Bonthron & Drysdale on Saturday last to Hensall Union Cemetery. He was :a well: known resident of this vil- Iage, but owing to the death of 'Mrs.' Thompson, which took place a year ago, he went to Toronto to reside with his daughter. He had been in poor health for some time which fin- ally developed into pneumonia caus- ing his death. He is survived by one son, Will of Chicago, and one de-ti- ghter, aughter, 'Mrs Barrett of Toronto. Mr. and Mrs. Barrett of Toronto accom- panied the remains to Hensel.
