Evangelical Church Notes
ZURICH - ONT.
,The "Why and How of Church
Going.
The first thing of paramount im-
portance is, to go. Then be sure to
go regularly, prayerfully, and thot-
fully. Bring a good appetite along,
it makes a difference. Don't come
for entertainment and amusement,
but for vision, inspiration, soul -en-
richment. Come open hearted, open
minded and unprejudiced. Come to
hear and to do. Come to be beauti-
fied, corrected, righted and nutured
in the inner life. Come for the sake
of yourself and for th i example it
Shows to (others. Come prepared and
you will, -not find the worship bore -
some and monotonous, but refresh-
ing and ,joyous. Who goes least to
church, belongs to a class from which
come those who populate, our prisons°
and reformatories. The church is a
royal friend. The church is an in-
dispensible service 'station. Come
twice next Sunday.
