ed a position.

there was no school during these

Schluchter of Detroit, • were visitors

aunt, Mrs. -Gertrude Hess, the past
week. They also -visited with other
friends in 'the village, and upon leav-
ing here went to the Hanover district
and' from there will visit friends at

Sorry to report that • Mr. Lennis
O'Brein, one of our popular garage
men, while working on a car the
past week, in' some way lifted too
heavily and sprained his body to
such an extent that he was confined
to his bed' for about a week, but is
now again able to be up and around
again, but will not be able to • work
fora while as yet.
