On Sunday, Rev. E. Tuerkheirn was installed as pastor of St. Peter's Lutheran church, the installation be- ing made by Rev. Mr. Gruehn'of St- ratford who had charge of the instal- lation services. Rev. Tuerkheitn; and family moved from their former field of labor, Sullivan Township, to Zurich Iasi week, and we welcome them as citizens of Zurich. The date of the Zurich School Fair this year is considerable later than in previous years, as the date set by the Department is October 1st which falls on a monday this year, and the children have lots of time in antisipation of this interest -bag an- nual event. The first School Fair in the County will be held at Varna on September 10th, and the last fair in the County will be held at, Clinton on October 5th.
