Heavy downpour of rains visited
this section over Sunday, in fact
there' was no need of any rain, but
the additional to what we have al-
ready had made the water stand in
most of the lower places in the fields
and an a consequence, the crops
suffered materially, especially the
hoe crops . The haying season is
in well swing and the weather very
unfavorabie, while the crop is a very
heavy- one: , The fine large fields of
wheat are getting their beautiful gol
den color, and will also soon be
ready for the harvester.
