BOY NEAR HENS ALL KILLED

heavy manure spreader he had
been .operating, Lloyd Wren, 10 -
year -old and only son of Mr. and
Mrs. Geo. Wren, of Hibbert, ,near
here. died on Monday afternoon a
few minutes after he had stagger-
ed from the field to his homy,• A
doctor was summoned, but found

boy, who was fond of horses and
always eager to help with the
farm work, had been accurstorned
to driving the team, when in'some

ened and ran away, he was.thrown
out and one wheel of thespreader
passed over the back of his head,
inflicting a deep eut, and 'al'so
over hi's chest, which was severely
crushed, The lad got to his feet
and staggered to the house, where
he collapsed after telling

pired almost at once..
