Almost every day largo crowds
of picnicers assemble here but those
of Friday and Saturday last were
unusually large.. They came from
Kippen, Hensali,.Seaforth, Huliet,
Tuckersnith, Stanley, Brucefield,
Varna, Clinton. Goderioh,and other
places. In the evening there were
dances in Jowett's and Marks'
pavilions and the town hall.

days, but owing to the dry weather
the yield will in most cases be very
light.
