home of Mr. and Mrs. Jas. Boyce,
Goshen line Stanley, was the scene
of a eery happy and pleasant event,
!felon the marriage of their eldest
daughter
Miss Elizabeth, , to

Richard McCorkindalo of London,

12 o'clock. noon, 1 y- the Rev. 3. W.
Andrews of Varna, in the presence
of about thirty-five invited guests
being aunts, uncles and cousins of
the happy couple. The bride was
given away by her father, assisted
by her cousin Miss Edith Stephen-
son, while Mr. J. J. Boyce support-
ed the groom. A beautiful ever-
green arch was prepared, under
which the couples steed during
'the ceremony. The room was
darkened and then brilliantly lit
ere. Miss Ellie Stephonson played
the wedding march as the parties
took their places under the arch.
The bride was prettily and becom-
ingly attired in white organdy,
trimmed with lace and ribbon, and
carried in her hand a bouquet of
white flowers, while the bridesmaid
wore white organdie over pale
blue. and carried in her hand a
bouquet of pink roses. After the
ceremony the company- sat down to
a veru sumptuous wedding dinner,
which, both a -s to quantity and
quality reflects great credit on
those who prenares! it. The bride
is
ti very amiable young lady and
held in high esteem by all her '
acquaintance': and will be much
missed by a large eircle of friends.
She spent her school days on the
Goshen and was for some time at
prominent remember of the method-
ist choir ; afterward she attended
the Nosiness college at London for
a temp end then for some time held
a very responsible position in utet
city, and also was teacher at the
Muneey Tn-atitnte for about two
wears. The groom is a very highly
