Manager Billings and Mr. Martin,
of the Molson's Bank, had a jaunt
to Detroit this week.
Editor Neelands, and family, had
a trip over Sunday.
Millinery opening; were held last
week and a few of the young ladies
appeared on Sunday with their new
head -gear.
Mr. Brandt, G. T. R. agent, is
now paying out over :;:300 for snow -
shovelling for March, all classes
appear on the pay -roll.
Two freight trains a day now
and still it takes a week or more
for goods to come from Toronto.
Miss Moir was visiting her sister
Mrs. J. Case, in Toronto, . over
Easter.
Mr. W. Kemp, of Eeaforth, spent
Easter at his horse here.
Mrs. G. Trott visited. her home
in Stratford, over Easter.

Prof. Fish is not making his reg-
ular rounds at present.
Miss Ida Durand has gone to
Stratford to visit her brother-in-
law for a few weeks,
Mr. William Schilbe loft for Mr.

Mr. Wm. Howard is on the sick
list for some time past.
