Mr. and Mrs. Charles Weber of
Zurich, also Miss Laura Horner of
Drysdale, visited at Mr. Chris.
Hey's ori Sunday.
Miss Lydia Decher has returned
home after an absence of two weeks.
Mr, and Mrs. John Decher drove
to Dashwood on Sunday, they also
visited Mrs, Decher's sister, Mrs.
Fred. Willert, who is ill at present.
Mr. Jake Neeb of Tavistock is
spending a few days with his brot-
her, Mr. Henry Neeb.
Mr. Armstrong of Exeter was on
the Badylon line on Friday.
Miss Annie and Mr. Samuel Hey
spent some time last week with
their sister, Mrs. Fassold of Dash-
wood.
Mr. and Mrs. John Decher enter-
tained a number of friends very
pleasantly on Wednesday evening.

having claims against the Estate of the
said Wm. Schroeder, deceased, who died
on or about the 4th day of January, 1903,
are requested on or before the 5th day of
March, 1904, to send by post prepaid or
deliver to the undersigned at Zurich P. 0.,
the Executors of the Will of the said
William Schroeder, deceased, their Chris-
tian names and Surnames, addresses and
descriptions, the full particulars of their
claims, the statement of their accounts,
and the nature of the securities, if any,
held by them.
And further take notice, that after such
last mentioned date, the said Executors
will proceed to distribute the Assets of the
deceased among the parties entitled there-
to, haying regard only to the claims of
which they shall then have notice, and
that the said Executors will not be liable

Mr. and Mrs. J. D. Merner were
in town Sunday visiting the for -
niers brother.
Miss Ida Brill was in town last
week renewing old acquaintances.
Mrs. Liebler, Mrs. Fralich and
Mr. J. Pfaff were visiting friends
in town last week.
Mrs. Zinn and Mr, Rickbeil spent
Wednesday afternoon visiting
friends in town.
The special meetings, which were
being held here the past few weeks.
were closed on Thursday evening.
Miss Loretta Morloek visited.
friends in Crediton on Tuesday.
Miss Pheebe Rickbeil spent a few
days in town this week visiting her
friend, Miss Jennie Hardy.
Mr. Geo. Merner, who has been
confined to the house for some time
is able to be out again, with the
aid of crutches -
Quarterly meeting will be held
in the Evangelical church hero on
Saturday and Sunday.
We are pleased to hear that Mrs.
M. Fenn, who has been very ill for
some time, is recovering.
Mr. J, Hall -was in Exeter
business, Wednesday.
Mr. S. Rannie and daughter,
Miss Lydia, 'were in town, Wednes-
day.
Word. has been received that
Miss Leah Colosky, who has been
an inmate of the insane asylum at
London for the past four months:,
has sufficiently recovered to be
brought home.
Miss B. Hall of Exeter' visited
friends in town last week. •
Mr. Win, Geiger spent Saturday
at his home in Hensall.
A very pleasant event took place
on Thursday evening when a num-
ber of young people gathered at the
