In our last issue, by the misplac-
ing of a figure we eonveyed
wrong impression of the price of
Binder Twine in Hartleib's Ad.
Green Sheaf was quoted at 11 cts,
and it should have been 12' cts.
The mistake is ours.
A large number from Zurich and
vicinity attended the Orange -cele-
bration at Hensall on Monday.
The dance there in the evening
also attracted a good number' of
the young people. The celebration
is spoken of us a great success.

An old land -mark, a very large
Poplar Tree, in front of Ed. Appel's
residence, was cut down or rooted
out, yesterday, as it was ahnost in
the centre of the space required for
the new dement walk, in that part
of the village. It WAS a good spec -
men of its kind, was quite healthy
and seemed good for another cen-
tury at least. Quite a small, army
of villagers were present, and
by means of a long rope, helped. to
