Rev. 1r1 Hicks anticipated rain,
wind and storms, with some frost,
for the opening days of November.
From the Sth to the 10th, rain and
considerably warmer ; turning
much colder about the 12th. The
probabilities of severe and danger-

adds, "will take desperate chances
of paying expensive forfeits." A
real dash of winter is predicted

aspects prevailing over all northern
