• TO -THE' FARMERS
We would advise farmers who
are interested in fowl, such as Tur-
keys. Geese, Ducks and Chicken
that if you Want to get good prices
for them, you will Iaave to spend a
tittle time and use more grain in
feeding thein. It will pay you
over and over. The merchants 'will
not take your fowl. unless they, vire
fat and in first class condition. How
do you expect the merchants to get
or to give market price when your
fowl look like a scare crow. So
please take note of this and feed
your fowl ; fatten them up and you
will receive the benefit.
Yours Resp Merchants.

jured that he died on his way to
the hospital. He was riding on his
bicycle and in attempting to cross
in front of a street car bis wheel
slipped and he was thrown across
the rails in front of the oar. Be-
fore the motorman could stop the
oar, the wheels had passed over
the unfortunate man, almost sever-
ing his body. • lir. Ferguson was a
son of Mrs. Hugh Ferguson, of
Downie township, and was about
45 years of • age. He was a graduate
of Trinity Medical College, Toronto
