The foundations of Mr.; Kalb--
fleisch's planning mill and flax mill
are completed, and it is expected
that the buildings will be moved
up shortly. They will be quite an
addition to the Western part of the
town, The plant when completed
will consist of flax mill 37x66 ;
planning mill 50x64 ; saw mill 22x84
and brick engine and boiler house.
The buildings will all be put up in
a substantial manner and will be a
credit to our thriving town.
Mr. Isaiah Witmer 'And family
had an unpleasant experience on
the Salable Line, on Sunday. An
automobile came along and Mr.
Witmer decided to gat out and hold
his horse by the bridle. The horse
was so frightened however,that it
tore the bridle and dashed ,madly
along. the highway with only a
little boy as occupant of the rig,
Mrs. Witmer and the other, child-
ren having jumped out. The horse
collided with a gate further on, and
although the buggy was, badly
