Organ Soloist at London Concert
On Thursday evening last the Lon-
don Choral Society gave the first of
their Season's Concerts, consisting of
Meridelsohn Lobgescmg ("Hymn of
Praise") in St. Pauls Cathedral of that
city. The soprano solist of the even-
ing was Miss Hilda MacMillan who
sometitne ago delighted Wingham
notsie lovers with her singing. Miss
Bessie Abell one of our own young
ladies and organist of St. Paula church
of this town, was the ottan soloist of
the evening. Miss Abell is one of the
coming organists. Her knowledge of
organ registration and management
are most complete as is also her tech-
nicote and quick adaption. We wish
Miss *Abell all suctess in her chosen
career
