John W, King, was well attended and much enjoyed by every- one: Mrs. Ed. Johnston's paper dealt with the work and: aims of the Insti- tute and gave some :good suggestions. Miss,,Nina Robb of Wingham, School Nurse, spoke on "Mal -Nutrition;" dwelling on the prevalence of this con- dition among children, and .the need for, care in the diet. Arrangements were made for continuing the renovat- ing of the, Foresters' Hall.. A report was given of the articles' donated_ by the community fo'r the fire sufferers of the. North. Included in the ship- ment were thirty-two quilts, ten pair. of pillows, besides large quantities of second-hand nd underwear, furs a nc. -clothing. The Institute valued the goods at .5.00, .
