of arson:. Crbwn.Attorney Seager is
conducting the 'prosecution, ,assisted
by. Definity Fire Marshall Saville, 'of
Toronto L. E. Dancey. On August
26th, 1921, Walsh's residence and barn
were destroyed by fire. Owing.; to the
buildings• being: separated and both
starting at tlte,'sante time at night,
suspicion was:held by the authorities,
and following the investigation by the
fire Marshall Walsh was arrested and,
allowed bail. The prosecution is ex
peeted 'to finish its case to -morrow..
