CRAGG PASSES ONT4 THURSDAY SEPTEMBER 25101, 1924 Widow of Noted Methodist Divine Follows Husband' Following her life partner less than a year after his death, Mrs. Margaret Cragg, aged 87 years, widow of the late Rev. Edward Cra.gg, died at o'clock Tuesday night, Sept: 16, at her home, 321 Thirteenth Ave, West, Calgary, - Rev. Mr, Cragg, the Oldest Method.- is,t minister -en Western Canada, whose annual sermons were a feature of the religions liee of Calgary, passed to his lase reward on October 16, 1923, at the advanced age of 94 years. Miss Butler was for some time kindergarten teacher in Wing - ham Public School amid was beloved by old and young alike. While in Wing,ham, ehe made her home with her sister, Mrs. E, B. Walker, until Mr. Walker was transferred to the managership of a Bunk of Commer- ce in Nova Scotia. Miss Butler is re- ported to have slashed her throat with e razor, during a fit of despondency.
