Under the Mojonnier Proces, the ice cream is automatically pack-
aged, quickly and in measured arnountb, as it comes from the free-
zers. ...It is hermetically sealed in the carton with the least possib..
le exposure to the air—and no contact with moulds, mould covers,
hot water, belts and above all HUMAN HANDS, .The great ad-
vantages of this method of automatic packaging are quickly ap-
„parent. :The fine flavors are preserved; the texture is better; the
package is better '
Silverwood's are the .first ice cream manufacturers in this dictriet
to install the Mojortmer Machine. which has been used and highly
approved by many firms in TY. S. and England.
All SilverwoOd's bricks now produced by the new method, Try one
at any Silverwood's Dealer, examine the new package and note the
improved texture of the cream. Remember Silverwood's "Stnooth.,
