Everybody weleolne, On the afternoon of March i4,th,, there passed away into. the great be yond, the spirit of Mrs. Leonard Brown one of the most respected residents of Wroxeter • village, Mrs. BnoWn was the daughter of the late J no., R. Miller and Mrs. Miller of Morrisbank, where she was born and spent her girlhood days. In the year 1893 she married Leonard Brown and early in their married life they moved to Wroxetet where she lived until her death. • For several years her health was not robust and several times her life- was despaired of, but her great vitality and patient spirit enabled her to recover until her last illness, which kept her over five months • in bed, proved too much for her strength, and she gradually became weaker, un- til death relieved her from all stZffer- ing. Having been -born and brought up in this community, Mrs. • Brown had a host of relatives and • friends anong whom she was held in high es- teem for her patience, kindness and very likeable unselfiSh disposition. She leaves to mourn her loss a husband and one daughter, Mrs. Ches- ter Higgins, Turnberry, also two sis- ters, Mrs. S. Snell, Jamestown, Mrs, T. A. Gibson, FOrdwich and one bro- titer; D. M. Miller Islington, who have lost two brothers and a sisteein the last veal:. The funeral service was conducted by Rev. L. Perrin assisted by Dr. A. Brown and ,was held in the home on Mbnday, Mar. xyth; at 2 'o'clock. Those acting as pallbearers (at Mrs. Brown's request) were R J. Rann, A. Loner, J. MacNaughton, • F. Davey, Edgar, Higgins and Jas. Wylie. The bereaved, ones have the sym- pathy of the entire community in their sore bereavement. Glad to hear that Mrs. St. Marie and son. James are ._,Improving, but sWwly, we hope to 'soon see them around again. Mr. and Mrs. A. Havins and family visited at W. M.
