Everybody weleolne,
On the afternoon of March i4,th,,
there passed away into. the great be
yond, the spirit of Mrs. Leonard
Brown one of the most respected
residents of Wroxeter • village, Mrs.
BnoWn was the daughter of the late
J no., R. Miller and Mrs. Miller of
Morrisbank, where she was born and
spent her girlhood days. In the year
1893 she married Leonard Brown and
early in their married life they moved
to Wroxetet where she lived until her
death. • For several years her health
was not robust and several times her
life- was despaired of, but her great
vitality and patient spirit enabled her
to recover until her last illness, which
kept her over five months • in bed,
proved too much for her strength,
and she gradually became weaker, un-
til death relieved her from all stZffer-
ing. Having been -born and brought
up in this community, Mrs. • Brown
had a host of relatives and • friends
anong whom she was held in high es-
teem for her patience, kindness and
very likeable unselfiSh disposition.
She leaves to mourn her loss a
husband and one daughter, Mrs. Ches-
ter Higgins, Turnberry, also two sis-
ters, Mrs. S. Snell, Jamestown, Mrs,
T. A. Gibson, FOrdwich and one bro-
titer; D. M. Miller Islington, who
have lost two brothers and a sisteein
the last veal:.
The funeral service was conducted
by Rev. L. Perrin assisted by Dr. A.
Brown and ,was held in the home on
Mbnday, Mar. xyth; at 2 'o'clock.
Those acting as pallbearers (at Mrs.
Brown's request) were R J. Rann, A.
Loner, J. MacNaughton, • F. Davey,
Edgar, Higgins and Jas. Wylie.
The bereaved, ones have the sym-
pathy of the entire community in
their sore bereavement.
Glad to hear that Mrs. St. Marie
and son. James are ._,Improving, but
sWwly, we hope to 'soon see them
