The Institute Meeting was held
Saturday afternoon in the Community
Hall, Over 30 members were pres-
ent. After business affairs a helpful
paper was given by Mrs, Joseph Hall
on "Saving and Enjoying Left Overs"

paper on "Cheerfulness" by Miss
Helen Mulvey, was much enjoyed.

School, Wingharn, the pupils are get-

the Young People's meeting, Sunday
evening. Next night, Mss Eunice
Hackney, and Otto Johann will have
the meeting.
Don't forget the play Friday even-
ing by the Wroxeter people, under
the auspices of the Women's Insti-
tute.

Mr. and Mrs, Robert Breen, of•
Wingham, were visitors at the home
of the latter's cousin, Mr, Wm. Mont-
gomery on Tuesday.

of Howick has purchased Mr. John
Hupfer's farm on the B.line of How -
ick, just south of Wroxeter.
On. Saturday afternoon last Stewart
Sanderson, son, of Mr. D. D. Sander-
son, just south cif this village, met
with a serious accident. He and his
younger brother were engaged in
drawing in corn, and when backing
the team out of the barn one of the
barn doors was knocked off And fell
on Stewart. He managed to get from
under the door and then lost con-
sciousness and rernainedain that con-
dition until 5. a. na ,Sunday, about 12
hours. At last reports, under the
skilful care of Dr. McLeod he was
doing as well as could be expected.
