Mr. Hugh Edgar of the 4th con. of Howick has purchased Mr. John Hupfer's farm on the B.line of How - ick, just south of Wroxeter. On. Saturday afternoon last Stewart Sanderson, son, of Mr. D. D. Sander- son, just south cif this village, met with a serious accident. He and his younger brother were engaged in drawing in corn, and when backing the team out of the barn one of the barn doors was knocked off And fell on Stewart.
