Mrs. Rob- ert Mosgrove. Mr, and Mrs, Leonard Elliott have moved to Norval where he has se- sured a position on the C.N.R. sec- tion there. The W.M.S. of the United Church held a social evening with a good program of readings and musical numbers, all much enjoyed. Special mention might be made of the Browntown Male Quartette in their first appearance, was much enjoyed. A couple of contests were put on, after which a. lunch was served by the ladies. A goodly sum was real- ized which will go toward the W,M. S. funds. Mrs. Win. Whitfield, of Gorrie, spent a few days with her ssiter, Mrs. Ed. Johnston, 1st line Morris.
