SCHOLARSHIP WINNER
Robert Laird Joynt, of Hensal, son
of Mr. George Joynt, formerly of.
Wingham, youthful - student at the
'University of Western Ontario, has
been awardeda scholarship in busi-
ness administration by the University
of Chicago. The scholarship is val-
tied at about $1,000. Mr, Joynt will
graduate at the university this year
with honors. Entering the university
five years ago, when he was but 15
years old, he has had a r•emark:tl-ly
scholar"tic career there in the business
administration course, being near the
top of his class each terra. He was
one of the youngest students ever to
attend Western University.
Mr, Joynt will receive his Bachelor
of Arts degree at the coming convo-
cation, and will text fall proceed to
Chicago, there to take advantage i1
the scholarship which he has won.
