thereof have by petition prayed that
an Act be passed to annulthe incor-
poration of the said village; and
whereas it is expedient to grant the
prayer of the said petition
Therefore, His Majesty, by and
with the advice and consent of the
Legislative Assembly of the Province
of Ontario, enacts as follows; ---
1. This Act may be cited as The
Village of Wroxeter Act, 1923.
Chapter 35 of the Acts pasAld
in the 38th year of the reign of Her
late Majesty Queen Victoria is here-
by repealed and the incorporation of
the Village of Wroxeter is annulled.

Haltick but shall be a charge : upon
the lands now comprised in the said
village lying east of the boundary line
between said townships of Ilowick
and Turnberry; and all assets of the
said village shall from the ist day of
January, 1929, be ,deemed to be assets
of the said corporation; of the town-
ship of Howicic.
5. The following question shall be
submitted to the ,municipal electors
of the said village prior to the zst
day of June, 1928. •
