BELGRAVE The Belgrave branch of the W,Ibt.S. of the Presbyterian Church in Canada held its annual meeting on Thursday December 1st, in the church. The at- ttendance was fair and the election of officers resulted in the officials of 1926 .being returned to "office' for the ensuing year and are as follows. Pres- ident, Mrs: Porterfield; 1st vice-presi- dent, Mrs.. Taylor; 2nd vice-president Mrs. D. Dunbar; Sec., Mrs. Gear; Treas., Mrs. Anderson; Expense Fund Treas., Mrs, W. Geddes; }Organ- ist, Mrs. Scandrett; Supply Sec., Mrs. Dunbar. The report of the year's work was very satisfactory in every, respect to all concerned. The enthusiasm and in- terest in the work are increasing as is evidenced in the increase in volun- tary givings. The society this year, with a membership of about twenty, were privileged in being'abl'e toraise the amount of ,$1x2 besides contribut- ing a bale of `clouting.
