Now with a rapidly increasing busi- ness they find their capital required for financing. Their possibility for growth and expansion is limited only to the aggressiveness of then -organ- ization and, the necessary capital at their_ disposal. In order to pay cash for the Union Factory, move, and melee some necessary repairs and al- terations, ax5,000 will 136 required, Fry & Blackhall Limited will therefore ask the Council of the Town of Wing - ham to submit a by-law to the rate payers providing for a loan of $15,000 for ts years at 3 per cent. interest, repayable $t000 of principal yearly t with interes-this loan to be secured by a first xnortgage on the property.
