In your separation from us, it 'will
always be profitable for us to remem-
ber you as members who have sought
to be faithful in every department of
church work; on the original building
committee of this church, in the Eld-
ership, as Clerk of Session and of
Presbytery the duties devolving upon
you. have always been performed in
the interest -of this congregation and
the church; in the Sabbath School, in
the Ladies'. Aid, in the choir and in
the many of its responsible effioes
you have ever been found taking your,
place with earnestness' that went to
make for the well being of yourselves
and the spiritual upbuilding of this
congnegation and the work at large,
and your affection for Knox Church
will always remain with us, and we
trust that in the years to come, you
too ,dear friends, will carry the mem-
ory of your church life here wherever
you may go,
Always endeavoring to be ,faithful
and interested in the work here, we
desire you to go frons our midst with
our best wishes and warmest, hope
for the continuance of a rich spirit-
ual blessing from the Father of us all.

ships, as we hope and know you -will.
in your new place of earthly abode,
:We trust you' ` not to forget that
though you may be separated in body
from your friends of Knox Church,
Grand` Valley, you and we are still
one in spirit, and we pray that when
the friendships of ,earth are_ past, we
shall all meet in the Eternal Home,
where separations cease and partings
are no more.
We realize fully and believe that
your loss to us will be some other
congregation's gain; but we cannot
say "good-bye" without some expres-
sion of good wishes, and we ask you
to accept of these Windsor chairs
from your fellow members and
friends of this congregation. It is'on-
ly a small token and we ask you to
value it, not for its own sake, but • for
what all such tokens mean.
