And Samuel said to all the people,
See ye hien whom Jehovah haul chos-

all the people? Samuel is exulting
not so much in Saul as in his 'God.,
Abovali, he virtually 'said, is so ma-
jestic that if he must have a .human
intermediary to lead the people, only
the most majestic of men will suffice.
And, all the people'shouted, and said,

tion, but that is forgetting the laws
of Moses. And laid it up before Je-
hovah. That is, beside the ark in the
