Graham, Inspector of the Canadian Fire Underwriters' As- sociation, The Inspector fiist reports on general conditions in the town as regards Waterworks System, Fire De` pertinent, Alarm System, By-laws and Conflagration Hazard; and also notes changes affected since his previous visit on November 2nd, 1922.
