AND WHEREAS the amount of the debenture debt of the Corporation is $230425.11 no part of the principal or interest of which is in arrears; BE IT THEREFORE ENA CTED by the Municipal Council of the Cor- poration of the Town of Wingharn: 1. For the purpose mentioned in the preamble there shall be borrowed on the credit of the Corporation the stem of $7000.00 and debentures shall be issued therefore on the sinking fund plan in suras of not less than $100,00 eachs which shall have coupons at- tached thereto for the pay ,ierit of rim interest. 2, The debentures shall all bear the same date and shall be issued within two years after the date on which. this By -Law is passed, and may bear any elate within such two years and shall be payable within ten years from the trate when they shall be issued, and shall bear interest at the rate of four and one-half per cent, per annum, pay- able yearly. .
