the W. M. S. Annual. Presbyterial

more bedding,the society ,agreed to
quilt two more quilts at the regular
meeting' in June.

James Logan
Our citizens were shocked when it
became known that Mr. James• Logan
had passed. away at his home ' on Fri-
day evening, in his 71st. year,
Deceased was only sick a few days
when ite contracted a . ocld, which
developed into pneumonia, He was
was the eldest sort of the late Mr. and
Mrs. ,James Logan, pioneer residents
of this locality.
Surviving are his widow, formerly
Miss Mitia Krachling, three sisters
Jennie, Eliza (Mrs. Gourley of Lon-
don).

death occurred on Monday morning
of Miss Jessie Rutherford, daughter

erford Sr, Miss Rutherford, who has
been a highly respected life-long cit-
izen of the community, leaves one sis-
ter, Mrs. Wm. Ball.
