For the first time in history the '
farmers for two and one-half miles
on the 17th con. of How.ick finished
harvest on: Tuesday, Aug, 15th. Be-
ginning with Mr, John White, whose
farm begins at the Gorrie sideroad,
and going east 23 miles along the 17
concession' every farmer' has his crop
threshed. The crops, although. they'
were not as heavy in the yield per
acre' as in, ordinary years,it isof a

An accident occurred on Thursday

and it is thought the horse took
fright and threw Robert • off onto the ,d
