The Hensall Senior Institute will
continence their fall meetings on
Sept. 12 when a "Pot -Luck" supper
will be hold at the home of Mrs.
John E. McEwen with Mrs. A Orr
co -hostess. Each member is asked to
bring refreshments suitable for the
supper as well as their own silver-
ware..
Trooper W. A. Nichol, Mrs.
Nichol and daughter Phyllis, of
Sturgeon Falls, spent a few days last
week with the former's aunt and
uncle, Mr. and Mrs. Louis Clark Sr.
Trooper Nichol who arrived hone in
Canada in July of this year, enli=ted
with the First Hussars in 1941, and
has seen service in France, Belgium,
and Holland.

The retailer also plays a part. He must obtain co;:p,,,,,,

makes of rationed foods—butter, sugar, preserves
and, when meat rationing becomes effective a
