wedding on Saturday evening when

The wedding :music was playedby
Gordon Tucker. Attended by her
sister Mrs. Robert Deane, as matron
of honor, the bride was given in
marriage by her father. She chose a
white brocaded satin gown, and .she
carried a boquet of red roses,. Laird
Hudson, brother of the groom was
best man and the ushers were Clar-
ence Fairburn of Exeter and Roy
Brock of Hensall. At the reception
held at the Eastern Star Temple
the bride's mother received wearing
a blue' and clwhite flowered dress.
Ill's. Hudson, mother of the groom
assisted in receiving, wearing a silk
jersey floral design. For travelling
the bride wore a white sharkskin
suit, brown and white striped hat '
and broom and white shoes. On their
return from their honeymoon the '
bride will reside with her parents
while the groom is on active service.
