In the morning he preached from St. John, chapter eleven, verse 21, "Lord if thou hadst been here" .and in the evening from Isaiah 11. and verse 9, "Thew shall 1100 hurt nor destroy in all my holy mountain". In the evening the Rev. Mr, Grant was in charge of the service and thanked the ladies who brought such beautiful flowers, the soloists and choir for their fine contribution and the visiting preacher for his stiniu- lating sermons, all of whom made the anniversary so successful.
