By an Order signed under authority of the National Selective Service Mobilization Regulations: 1. Every employer of male employees must make an examination of the documents of these employees, and forward advice on those who fail to produce documents showing good standing under Mobilization Regulations. 2. This examination must be completed by May 1st, 1944. 3. "EMPLOYER" includes industrial and commercial employers, and also farm operators. 4. "MALE EMPLOYEE" includes all male persons working for you. 5. A booklet "EMPLOYERS' GUIDE," has bcen sent to industrial and commercial employers. A return post card has gone to farm operators. 6. If you employ any male person. and have not been notified of the survey by booklet or post card, contact the mares t Employ.. ment and Selective Service Office and ask for the booklet. 7. Workers in agriculture, of military age, who have not bcen re- jected by the Army and who have not a Postponement Order should apply for such order to the nearest Registrar immedi- ately. 8. Obligation to make the examination rests on each and every employee of male persons, and employers must act. 9. Penalties are provided for failure to carry out this examina- tion and for male employees failing to assist by refusal to produce document s. She was married 47 years ago to Peter Dill at Seaforth and resided there until moving to Dublin 31 years ago. Well known To Sea forth and Dublin, Mrs. Dill was a devout member of St. Patrick's Ros mon Catholic 'Chureli.in Dublin nod of the Church of the linmsettlate Goartution alter tiring to Stratford. At Dublin she was a member of the Altar Society. Beside:: her husband seven sons and three daughters survive. They are Dr, Louis. Det roit Prank. Lansing, Mich. ; Ralph, Stratford ; Peter. Detroit ; Joseph, Dublin Kenneth, OVert.11.4 with the Royal Canadian Air Force : Rev. Gordon, London, Ont. ; Sister Rencigius, Dr - suffice convent, Stratford ; Mrs, D. E. Sturgis, Oshawa; and Miss Marion, Lon- don. Ten grandchildren also survive. A high requiem mass was sung in Si. Patrick's uhneeh. Dublin, on Tuesday. Interment was In St. James Cemetery at Seaforth.
