large in the Town of Seaforth during the months
of May, June, July and August,
Under authority of By -Law X111 for the
Town of Seaforth any dogs so found running at
large contrary to this Proclamation shall be liable
to be killed and the owner or harbourer pros-
ecuted.

Town of Seaforth
All persons in the Municipality owning or
harboring dogs must purchase 1947 licenses for
same on or before July 1st, 1947. Licenses will be
issued from the Treasurer's Office in the Town
Hall, or from the Tax Collector, J. Cummings.
After that . date summonses through the
Court will be issued to the owners or harborers of
dogs not liaving .licenses.
All dogs must wear license tags.

tertained at a dinner on Sunday cel-
ebrating their tenth wedding anni-
versary.
Word was- received here of the
death of a former resident of Dub-
lin, Rev. John Campbell, a member
of a Trappist Order in the United
States„ His untimely death was due
to a serious operation and resultant
complications. He was in his 39th
year and was the only son ofMrs.
Mary Campbell who moved to Tor-
onto about eighteen yeara ago.
Father Campbell received his prim-
ary and secondary education in Dub-
lin Separate and Continuation
Schools. He was ordained 6 years
ago and resided at the Trappist
Monastery near New York. He is
survived by his another and two
sisters. He was a nephew 'of Paul
Mulligan, •Dublin.
According to news from Shelby,
Montana, the death of Joseph Vin-
cent Byrne, occured a Ferdig, Mon-
tana: He was a native of this dis-
trict, having lived on the farm in
Logan township, now owned by John
Meagher, and was in his 64th year.
He had suffered from a .serious
heart condition for several years, be-
fore his death. He moved to Mon-
tana in 1911, 'homesteading two.
miles west of Ferdig' and adjacent
to the famous Fulton Rice Oil gush-
er lease which later made his home-
stead one of the most” valuable hold-
ings in the County. He is s"urvived
by his wife, .one daughter, Mary of
Racine, Wisconsin, four sons, Bill of
