WOMEN'S INSTITUTE Continued From Page Ono insurance, the telephone system, and, the farmers' co-operative, and why not a hospital plan. Mr. Arthur Mus• grove of Grey county gave h15 views on the matter. He lectures on this plan at the Exeter short course. He pointed out where everyone in a community enters into this kind of voluntary plan there was no chance of regimentation. The counties of Dufferin and Sbnc•ue have a plan go- ing strong and he would like to see it in Huron, Grey and Bruce. It. should have self-control lan's made by the public and supervised by offic- ers elected by the members with the right of any group of members to call a meeting when thought necessary. The Institute is behind a co-operat- ive hospital plan 100%. We believe that this is a step toward prevention of illness rather than curing one al- ready neglected.
