After this a presentation of a luncheon cloth was made to Mrs. Jos, Kale, who bad given untiringly of her efforts as convener in the work of the Red Cross, The address" was read by Mrs. Tom Morris, and the presentation made by Mrs. Jo- seph Feeney. Although completely taken by surprise, Mrs, Kale thanked the ladies and assured them she had enjoyed being able to have done this work. Fr, O'Drowski then -spoke a few words 01 encouragement, con- gratulating the ladies on their work and thanking th:eni for the assistance which; had been given him. The president then thanked the execu- tive for their co-operation through- out, which made the year a very suc- cessful.one, and hoped for a contin- uance in the coming year. The meet- ing closed with prayer, CROMARTY Mr. and Mrs. Percy Adams and family of Walbestern spent the week end with Mr. and Mrs. John Wallace. Mr. and Mrs. Carl Wietzman and son of Niagara visited relatives her last week. Mr. and Mrs. Carter .Kerslake. and Joyce spent 'Sunday with Mr. and Ma's. Murray Christie. Mr. Eldon Allen isa patient in Stratford Hospital. Messrs E. Templeman and Frank Stagg,. also Mrs. Kenneth McKellar, Mrs. Roy McCulloch and Mrs. T. Scott attended -the special service in Knox Church, Stratford, on Sunday evening and also assisted with the music. - A very enjoyable time was spent at the home of Mr. and Mrs, Toni Aldington, on Friday evening, when some .twentyfive of their friends and neighbors gathered to wish them well before they leave for their new home in Seaforth. Mr. and Mrs. Al- dington were presented with an elec- tric' iron. The address was read by Mrs. F. Allen and Tom Hay made the presentation.
