There are 180 students registered at
Seaforth Collegiate ; Institute - this
year, making the attendance about
the sante as last year. First Forin is
unusually large,'70 pupils having en-
tered. The only, change in the staff

of the community held in high esteem
passed away on Thursday, Sept, 1st,
in the person of Miss Annie McKin-
non. She had suffered 'a broken hip
last spring but was nicely over it
until forced to bed during.. the last'
two weeks, 'Born 65 years ago on
the homestead, lot $, concession : 11,
Tuckersmith, she spent her entire life
there. Miss McKinnon was the dau-
ghter of Donald McKinnon and Flora
McMillan.
