Mr. Lindsay was a former resident of this village for a good many year s and much sympathy is extended to those he leaves behind. He had !been in fail- ing health foe some time, suffering from diaibetes, !but death' came unex- pectedly, as he had seemed much improved of late. He was 'born 58 years ago and 'lived in Hullett until going to :Bothwell about twenty years ago. His wife, formerly Miss 'Mary Staples, of iHullett, survives, with one son and two daughters, Wilfrid, at home; Airs. Munro (Janet), Both- well; Mrs, Thompson (Hazel) of Eastern Ontario. Three brothers and one sister. also survive: Mr. Peter Lindsay, Hullett; Bert, Saskatche- wan; Alexander, Cleveland; Mrs. 3, C. Dorrance, (Hope, North Dakota, Ile was a .member of the Anglican church and belonged to the 'F,orrest- ers and the Masons, under whose auspices the funeral on• Monday'' was held, interment being made in Flor- euce cemetery, : Mr. Peter Lindsay and Mr. 'Wm.Staples (brother of Airs.
