H. Colborne was struck by au auto, driven by Mr. E. arose. and so badly hurt that he passed away about au hour later inehe hospital, to which lie was taken, Mr. Colborne had gone to Mr. Edwards' to get some oysters and was returning with them across the roadway, whon.the automo- bile caught him.
