Death of Mrs. Thos. Dickson. -The
death oceurred in Hensall on. Sunday
afternoon of another well known resi-
dent in the person of Mrs. Thomas
'Dickson.'Mrs. Dickson, whose :maid-
en name , was. Emiline (Horton, was
bons in 'Usborne township 73 year's
ago. Some !fifty years ago she married
Mr, -Thos. Dickson who survives her,
For a numberof years :Mr, and Mrs.
Dickson resided in. Seaforth and have.
been residents here for some !fifteen
years. Two years ago the deceased
suffered a stroke from which she nev-
er recovered. She was a'member of
the. United Church and was highly
respected by a large circle of acquain-
tances. Besides her aged husband she
leaves to mourn her loss two daugh-
ters, 'Mrs, Geo. Glenn of t'he 1London.
Road, and Miss Emma, at home; one
sister; Mrs. Jas. 'Broadfpat of Hibbert
and , one brother, Mr, Harry Horton
of 'Hensel], The funeral which was
private was held from her late borne
on King: street oo Tuesday afternoon
at 2 o'clock, interment in the MdTag-
gart cemetery. The ,Rev. Arthur Sin-
clair had charge of the services. 'The
pallbearers' were six nephews of the
deceased, John Bolton, gas. .Broad -
foot, Ro•bt, Paterson, 'Calvin Horton,
Jarvis Horton and 'Harry.Horton Jr..

The many friends of W. G. Seamon
are sorry to learn he is not improving
as rapidly as they anticipated. He is
under the care of Dr. MaciGregor of
