Mr. and Mrs. Manuej Beuermann on
Monday evening. The discussion was
on "Lets go to the movies". It was
decided that the entertainment films
that come to our local theatre are
mostly satisfactory only for some ex
ceptions like crime and certain cow-
boy pictures whijih include ;too' nueh'
shooting, etc., and we, think a good
Movie• won't hurt anybody once ip a
while, even.: the young people, if it
is a decent picture, We have had'the
opportunity to see educational piny
tures but not enough people attend-
ed, so at the present we haven't any.
We think it would be good if educa-
tional pictures were shown to the
school children more often on .agri-
culture, history, etc. The recreation
period was spent in playing progres-
sive euchre, the winners were Mr.
and Mrs. Geo. Mogk (high); Mr. and
Mrs, Dalton Hinz (low). Refresh-
ments were served, also a dainty
lunch.
